Refund policy

All Sales Final - Custom Orders

Because each kit is made specifically for your pet, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized items once an order is placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To keep production moving quickly, orders begin processing right away. We cannot cancel or modify custom orders after they’re submitted. Please double-check photos, color choices, names, and shipping details before checkout.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or missing-part reshipment.

  • Report within 7 days of delivery

  • Email: support@theyarnlings.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • Returns may be required only if requested by our team; unsolicited returns will not be accepted

Color & Handmade Variations

Slight variations in yarn color, texture, and handmade details are normal and part of the craft. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom kits, limited editions, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Shipping Issues

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
